Botswana Gold is Sydney’s new ultimate dining experience. Available for groups of 4-10 and served in the Gold Private Dining Room, guests will indulge in a 1.6kg Wagyu Tomahawk coated in gold leaf.
The Rangers Valley Wagyu Tomahawk is a highly sought-after marble score 7+ rib-eye with a long rib bone. This tender, juicy, rich and succulent cut hails from Glen Innes NSW and is a true melt-in-the-mouth experience. Masterfully applied gold leaf coats the entire cut elevating this already impressive steak to a whole new level. The Tomahawk is served to the table by our Head Chef with a selection of perfectly matched sides and sauces.
To complete the gold treatment the menu also includes :
Gold flecked martinis
Gold topped Siberian Imperial Caviar bumps + vodka shots
Gold topped oysters with caviar
Gold coated Ultimate Chocolate Dessert (for two)
A bottle of Perrier-Jouët blanc de blanc
Botswana Butchery’s very own “Money Shot”

The gold treatment will be expertly executed by your own private waiter and your experience will be tailored to suit by our event planner. The whole luxurious experience is priced at $500pp for a minimum of 4 guests and maximum of 10. There is a minimum spend of $2500 on premium dates.
The Gold Tomahawk can also be ordered as a stand alone dish. It is $875 and feeds up to 6 guests. You must pre-order via our evnts team to ensure availabilty.
